She was only 5 years old when she decided to grow up to be a model.
Growing up, Howard lived in a 1 bedroom home along with her sibling and parents.
Hope served in The United States Air Force and eventually took up the post of a Fighter Jet Mechanic as soon as she graduated from high school.
Howard was 19 years old when she was sent off to serve in Afghanistan.
In the past, Hope would work for 12 hours a day and this is where her fitness journey began.
Howard states in her biography that she used to suffer from optical migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, and anxiety. However, she was able to overcome this by lifting weights and eating healthy.
